Hosting the same 37HP EFI petrol engine as the ST6P . A much lighter engine than the diesel unit, but putting out more horse power and offering a staggering performance and chipping speed. This engine picks up quicker when the no stress cuts in than a diesel, which means this machine is fast, it’s also as fuel efficient as the diesel believe it or not!

360 DEGREE TURNTABLE

The TT6 adds a whole new dimension to working in confined spaces with it’s 360 degree turntable - making is so much more user friendly for street work and much safer too.

STAGE 5 EMISSIONS COMPLIANT

The Big one! All diesel plant and machinery over 24HP is effected by the regulation which will make larger diesel engines very pricy. Petrol engines comply without any additional treatment which is why they are becoming an obvious and cost effective option across the industry.

One of the new innovations with the TT6 is the use of the E-coat paint process. This process was originally developed for applying an anti-corrosive coating over steel car bodies.. The advantges of E-Coat is its coverage, tougnness and durability and it is environmentally friendly.

FORSTGRIP FEED ROLLER

The TT6 is no excpetion and takes advantge of our famous twin hydraulic horizontal feed roller system offering exceptional grip on timber. The large top feed lifts on an arc, climbing toward the timber rather than lifting straight up and down, this makes climbing butt ends exceptional. High tension due to twin heavy duty springs and a large bearings supporting either side of the top feed roller ensures strength and durability.

AUTOINTELLIGENCE

A simple yet advanced electrical control system taking care of all the electrics on the machine. Historically electrics on plant and machinery are a troublesome – AutoIntelligence overcomes this with a completely water and vibration proof system designed and tested in the toughest environments. FORST OPEN FLYWHEEL

Simply phenomenal velocity when chipping. Forst will throw the chip right to the front of your wagon due to the open top flywheel system with large gusseted draught fins at the rear. Chip is thrown, not blown meaning blockages on wet material are simply not a problem.

Wide plus Fold down hopper with level feed tray and open top for easy feeding of bushy material. Top bar hopper available as an option.

TOUCH BUTTON FEED CONTROLS

Illuminated touch pad, IP 69 rated feed controls to remove any possibility of water and vibration issues related to electrics. Easily located at either side of the hopper mean that you don’t have to lean over the hopper to use them.
